Gilbert leads TechEccentric's analytics, AI, and machine learning practice. His work sits at the point where executive questions become production systems: data strategy, machine learning, agentic AI, RAG and LLM platforms, model fine-tuning and evaluation, dashboard architecture, and operating metrics leadership teams can defend.

He has delivered data science and analytics work for organizations including Spotify, Cisco, UnitedHealth Group/Optum, United Airlines, and the State of Connecticut, and has served as a data science subject-matter expert with McKinsey & Company. Most recently he led analytics and AI for a U.S. state modernization program covering 100+ agencies and millions of citizen sessions per year.

Uche Onyekpe

Principal | Cybersecurity and Cloud Security | Toronto and Lagos

Uche leads TechEccentric's cybersecurity operations and cloud security practice. He runs security as an operator, not an auditor: live threat detection, vulnerability management, cloud hardening, incident response, and identity controls across production environments where the consequences of a miss are real.

He has delivered managed detection and response for more than 15 organizations across about 1,500 endpoints in a multi-client MSSP environment, anchored on Microsoft Sentinel, Defender for Cloud, and Entra ID, alongside the broader Azure identity and network security stack. In that environment, his team cut median alert triage from hours to minutes while raising SLA closure on critical vulnerabilities above 90%.

Doris Akpovwa

Principal | Project Governance, Delivery, and Stakeholder Strategy | Lagos

Doris leads TechEccentric's project governance and delivery practice. Large analytics, AI, and security programs rarely fail on technology; they fail on governance, institutional politics, and delivery discipline. Doris is the PMP-certified principal who makes enterprise delivery land in any sector: scope control, schedule and risk discipline, compliance, regulator and stakeholder navigation, and executive accountability.

That discipline was forged over more than 25 years in one of the most demanding delivery environments there is: oil and gas. In senior roles at Ashland Oil and Statoil Nigeria she led subsurface functions, government and public relations, project governance, corporate strategy, and ethics and compliance for production-critical operations.
